THE TRAINING SYLLABUS
We believe in learning by doing
This training combines self-paced studying with virtual coaching sessions with a seasoned sales coach.
You will get personal feedback and help in building your Customer Relationship Management Plan.
Sales Champion Training
The coaching program consists of five (5) self-paced online modules where you will create a proactive Customer Relationship Management Plan based on good customer insight.
Online modules are supported by two (2) individual coaching sessions.
Timing: 12 weeks, 3 hours/module (+ – 2 hours for tasks) all together 5 online modules + tasks + personal coaching sessions approximately 25 hours.
Certificate: Sales Champion Certificate when you complete the coaching program.
