How to measure the impact of learning? Go beyond the learner feedback and numbers to understand the effectiveness of your training.
Before the coaching starts, a baseline assessment is carried out, in which you and your colleague or supervisor assess your level of competence.
Assessment will help you to identify where the most significant gaps in your skills are and draw up a development plan to address them.
You will assess your progress during and immediately after the Sales champion coaching.
After about 3-6 months of the coaching program and honing your skills, the 360 assessment will be repeated to show you the results of your learning.
